A Muskoka Lake located on the Trent-Severn Waterway System connecting Georgian Bay and Lake Ontario. Access to this system is one of the most common reasons for purchasers to locate on the lake. The resorts and the Silver Pines Restaurant provide opportunities to boat your guests to a dinner location on the lake. Owners have access from a variety of paved year round municipally maintained roads and some private gravel roads. Shopping locations include Gravenhurst to the north and Washago to the South. Many children had their first experience on the lake at one of the children’s camps. From the intersection of Hwy #400 and #401 it is 93 miles to Sparrow Lake.
